Interface rotation.
Especially any app that requires text input - the iPhone’s keyboard is about 50% better in landscape mode. Even native iPhone apps are guilty of not having this feature - SMS, Mail, Notes…
A Twitterific-style ‘inbuilt’ browser.
Quitting out of an app to view a weblink in Safari is stupid, especially when Twitterific has (from day one) been able to slide down a simple Webkit window when you click on someone’s twittered link. Craig Hockenberry (of the FuckingNDA movement) is probably deperate to tell people how he did it so well, but cant.
Appropriate shortcut keyboards.
If your app is asking for an email address (or a username it knows for a fact is an email address), please give us the ‘email’ keyboard.
iPod audio made available in all games.
I’m looking at you, MotionX Poker. If I turn off your app’s probably good but repetative music, I want to be able to play my own.

I’ve got a few thoughts about an ‘ultimate location aware twittery social networking app’ that I’d like to see made, but it’s likely it has already been created and is just not available in the .au store (loopt?).
Wow. That is incredible. When questioned, builder Bob Dullam says:
No, not building this to sell. You wouldn’t want to sell this if you had one, believe me. It’s a once in a lifetime project.
I did this alone, no help. I have found with other things in the past that if you have help, the help often does not get it(parts) right, and you have to do it over 95% of the time, plus I like to work alone. All parts are scratch built, cept’ tires, rims, brakes, engine, etc.. meaning all bodyparts, brackets, just about everything external on the car. Yes, I will do a batpod, and TDK suit for myself. I love building this stuff.
